We are an organisation of Muslim women, working alongside Muslim women to amplify voices and shift systems to create lasting change.

We recognise the strength, diversity and agency of Muslim women, and the complex realities they navigate. Our work is grounded in a social justice approach and informed by rights-based and trauma-informed practice, addressing inequality at both community and systemic levels.

We stand alongside individuals, communities and institutions to challenge attitudes, influence systems and drive meaningful change.

Through community programs, casework, training, capacity building, research and advocacy, we create spaces for healing, dialogue and participation. We support community-led solutions that shift narratives, elevate voice and lead to lasting impact.

We envision a world where Muslim women lead with confidence, shape systems to reflect their voices and experiences, and build a future grounded in justice, healing, and lasting change, achieving Equality without Exception on their own terms.

We exist to amplify and centre the voices of Muslim women in Australia by challenging attitudes, structures and systems, and driving lasting change to achieve equality.

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to work alongside Muslim women to challenge inequality, shift systems and drive change by supporting women to reclaim and exercise their agency, voice and safety across communities and institutions.
